Monitor the real-time status of the Smartcar platform and subscribe to incident notifications:- Visit status.smartcar.com.
- Click Subscribe to Updates in the top-right corner.
- Choose your preferred notification method:
- Email - Receive notifications via email
- SMS - Get text message alerts (mobile number required)
- Webhook - Integrate status updates into your systems
- Slack - Receive notifications in your Slack workspace
- RSS - Subscribe via RSS feed
- Select which components you want to monitor.
- Choose the types of incidents you want to be notified about (e.g., all incidents or only major outages).
Brand Reliability Status Page
Monitor the status of individual vehicle brands and their APIs:- Visit brandreliability.smartcar.com.
- Click Subscribe to Updates in the top-right corner.
- Choose your preferred notification method (Email, SMS, Webhook, Slack, or RSS).
- Select specific vehicle brands you want to monitor or choose “All Components” for comprehensive coverage.
- Configure your notification preferences for different incident types.
By subscribing to these channels, you’ll receive proactive notifications about planned maintenance, service disruptions, and platform updates that may affect your integration.
