Behind the compatibility data
The compatibility matrix provides an assessment of Smartcar's signal and command level functionality across vehicle brands, based on real-world data from vehicles connected to the Smartcar platform. This is an indication of what signals and commands have been successfully retrieved/executed against a given make/model/year. This data is updated continuously as vehicles are connected to the platform and additional signals and commands are run. While we strive for accuracy and comprehensiveness, it is important to acknowledge that the functional capabilities of individual vehicles can exhibit variability based on trim, optional packages, firmware version, and active subscriptions.
